This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale and should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy.
1) Where we deliver
- United Kingdom: UK mainland as standard. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands are available and may carry surcharges and longer transit times.
- International: available by special arrangement. Contact admin@teouk.com for a quote and transit options.
2) Address, access & receiving
- Please provide an accurate delivery address and any site instructions required for access.
- For pallet deliveries you must ensure HGV access, suitable unloading equipment/personnel, and (where required) bookable delivery slots.
- Deliveries are made to the address, not to a named individual. A signature by your staff, reception, security or an adult at the address constitutes delivery.
- We do not require personal ID checks. If your site requires named or time-window deliveries, request this in advance; additional charges may apply.
3) Charges & timing
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight/volume and destination; palletised/oversize consignments may be quoted separately.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. Times are shown in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- We may ship orders in multiple consignments at no additional charge to you.
- Weekend delivery and time-definite slots (e.g., pre‑10:30, pre‑12:00, PM) may be available as paid options if requested in advance; availability depends on carrier and postcode.
4) Risk, title & failed delivery
- Risk passes on delivery to the address or carrier you specify. Title passes only when we receive cleared payment in full (see Terms & Conditions).
- If delivery is attempted but not completed due to incorrect details, lack of access, or no-one available to receive, re-delivery, storage or return-to-sender charges may apply.
5) What to do on delivery
- Inspect the outer packaging on arrival. If you see damage or shortage, note it on the carrier’s delivery note and take photos.
- Report transport damages/shortages within 48 hours of delivery with photos and carrier notes to admin@teouk.com.
- Report quality/defect issues within 14 days with batch numbers, photos and details of filling/product/storage conditions (see Refund & Return Policy).
6) Click & collect / customer courier
- We do not offer public “click & collect”.
- If you wish to arrange your own courier, this must be agreed in advance. Risk transfers at handover to your courier.
