TEO UK PACKAGING LIMITED (company no. 11114224, VAT GB 284 0774 83) is the controller for personal data we process when you use our website and online store at https://www.teouk.com and when you buy our packaging products. 2. Scope
This notice applies to business contacts and, where applicable, individual consumers in the UK who visit the Site, create an account, place orders or interact with us.
3. Personal data we collect
- Identity & contact: name, company, role, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, VAT numbers.
- Account & order: login details, order history, invoices, communications, preferences.
- Payment: payment method, transaction IDs/tokens from payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical: IP address, device/browser data, cookies, analytics, approximate location.
- Marketing: your consents, preferences and interactions with our messages.
4. Sources
We collect data directly from you, your company, publicly available sources (e.g., Companies House) and service providers such as payment processors, couriers, analytics and email platforms.

6. Sharing your data
We share personal data with trusted processors/suppliers as needed to run our business, including: payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), couriers and logistics partners, IT/hosting, analytics/email service providers, professional advisers, and public authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
If we transfer data outside the UK (for example where a processor’s servers are overseas), we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adequacy regulations.
8. Retention
- Orders, invoices & finance records: 6 years (or 7 for VAT) from the end of the financial year.
- Accounts/CRM: while active and up to 24 months after last interaction, unless we need to keep it longer for legal reasons.
- Marketing preferences: until you opt out; we keep a minimal record of the opt-out.
- Web logs/analytics: typically up to 12 months, unless needed longer for security or investigations.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, data minimisation, and due diligence on our processors.

12. Children
Our Site is intended for business use and not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
